Scenario:
An employee value proposition (or EVP) is a short statement of what we stand for. What makes our dreams different and special. What makes working at Gucci like working nowhere else on Earth. What we promise to the talents out there we’re willing to attract.

Idea:
The Gucci EVP visual identity is based on the concept of flags as symbols of belonging and pride. The strong color palette and bold typography
are the two main elements that constitute the visual identity, expressing an empowering, joyful, inclusive and diverse work environment.
